As a head teacher, I could influence other teachers' working environments. My goal was to be straightforward and work closely with my team by assigning tasks, setting a positive example, and ensuring they felt valued and respected.

I enjoy collaborating with my team, as collective support leads to enhanced workplace success. Nonetheless, I also recognize the importance of incorporating periods of solitude into my workday to prepare for tasks and organize my workload efficiently.

In my experience as an educator for young children, patience and perseverance are essential qualities in the workplace. It's important to recognize that students learn at a different pace. Each student progresses at their own rate, and our responsibility is to support their journey toward their best performance. I find it incredibly rewarding to understand the needs of each of my students and adapt my lessons accordingly. When a student encounters challenges with a lesson, I remain patient and do not get discouraged. Instead, I look for a different approach to help them succeed.

Working as an educator is immensely fulfilling. Engaging with young children provides a unique opportunity to guide their development and equip them with essential skills for their future roles in society.

On the other hand, I believe instructing older students offers a different yet equally rewarding experience. There is a profound satisfaction in educating adults and observing the significant impact that teaching can have on their lives, careers, and professional competencies.
