I began my tenure as a part-time educator on the inaugural day of the academy. In my role, I teach English and Spanish classes for children aged 5 to 11, focusing on grammar, writing, speaking, and reading skills. After six months of dedicated service, I transitioned to a full-time position, and the next school year, I was given the head teacher position. My duties included:

  • Mentored junior teachers, sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback to improve their teaching techniques.
  • Helped make books for the school, worked on the schedules, and helped plan the teaching contents.
  • Customized educational materials based on individual student needs to ensure inclusive learning experiences for all.
