HTS/HCS drug screening (Operetta system), Western blot/Immunoblot analysis, immunofluorescence imaging, time-lapse and confocal microscopy, Autophagy and lysosome imaging.


Flow cytometry (Apoptosis, Cell cycle) and cell sorting (FACS), cell toxcicity and cell viability assays (EZ-cytox, cell titer glo, calcein AM). Luciferase assays (CTG, ONE-Glo, HiBiT), Aβ1-42 toxicity assay. NO assay ROS and Calcium influx fluorescence Imaging, DND160 pH imaging, Cell fractionation.


Primary cortical neuron culture from prenatal mouse brain, mouse model dissection and isolation of pre-cortex, hippocampus, liver, blood and heart. Mouse oral feeding and IP injection. 


Mammalian cells gene transfection and stable cell line generation (made 8 stable cell lines during my Ph.D). siRNA gene knock down, DNA/RNA/Plasmid isolations, gene cloning, cDNA synthesis, qPCR, siRNA gene knock down and mammalian vector designing, DNA sequence analysis.


Antibody-drug conjugate analysis, DAR analysis, Cathepsin B assay, pulldown-assay using photo-affinity linkers, drug analysis using HPLC-MS, HIC chromatography, FPLC chromatography.


Software Skills: Nerwork Pharmacology, Cytospace, Discovery Studio, primer design, DNA sequence analysis (ClustalW, Blast, SNP), ImageJ, GraphPad Prism, Mendeley/EndNote, Biorender.
