Motivation

Firstly, as a marketer, I have adopted a flexible attitude. I highly prioritize collaboration with team members and colleagues, striving to enhance the efficiency of our work to elevate marketing effectiveness within a short timeframe. For instance, during my tenure at AfreecaTV, when a new service was launched requiring urgent marketing, I not only formulated marketing plans, devised promotions, and creative strategies but also expanded into new marketing channels by planning and participating in live broadcasts on AfreecaTV. Additionally, I actively engaged in promotional activities with external partners. Moreover, in cases of limited marketing budgets, I took the initiative to establish a blog and consistently contributed with bi-weekly posts to drive viral engagement, thus maximizing our marketing efforts.
