I had the opportunity to work in the FP&A and Operations Management departments at Genpact over the past summer, I gained a lot of insight into different parts of the BPO industry.
I was honoured to shadow one of the Vice Presidents of the IT and Logistics Department where I followed their journey of incorporating GenAI into the projects.
This experience was truly inspiring and I was given the chance to participate in discussions involving how to improve clients' experience through GenAI, including companies like Amazon and Honeywell.
