  • Identified challenges faced by working mothers, including limited maternity clothing options for office wear and the short usage period of maternity clothes.
  • Planning to develop an on-demand platform that provides five personalized outfit recommendations based on users’ style preferences, budget, body type, and lifestyle via a short quiz.

  • Contributed as a visual content editor to ELFM, a biannual student-run fashion magazine, leading the central feature section that highlights seasonal lifestyle and cultural trends.   • Created weekly digital content for ELFM’s Instagram, including designer brand reviews and seasonal product recommendations, with a focus on visual identity and reader relevance.
  • Attended a fashion show by Hyeon, a contemporary hanbok brand, and conducted a one-on-one interview with the brand’s CEO and lead designer. The interview and runway impressions were featured as a print article, blending traditional aesthetics with modern fashion naratives.


PEACE Buddy Staff

PEACE Buddy is the official student volunteer organization affiliated with the Office of International Affairs at Ewha Womans University, with over 30 years of history supporting incoming international exchange students. "PEACE" stands for Professional Ewhaians at Cultural Exchange. As a student staff member, I served as a personal buddy to help exchange students navigate campus life and adjust to their new environment.


  • Provided one-on-one support and cultural guidance to exchange students from the U.S. and Canada, assisting with campus navigation, daily life challenges (e.g., ID card issues, refund assistance), and adapting to life at Ewha.
  • Led campus tours and participated in official PEACE Buddy events such as Movie Day, Sports Day, International Party (I-Party), and K-pop One-Day Dance Class to foster inclusion and cultural exchange.
  • Communicated regularly with five assigned exchange students to ensure their well-being and smooth integration into student life.
  • Served on the Promotion Team, managing the official PEACE Buddy Instagram account by creating and posting event photos, videos, and Reels tailored to current social media trends.

  • Led regular team meetings as Senior Manager of the Program Development Team, overseeing workflows and delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth and timely execution of international programs, including both in-person meetings in Korea and international virtual sessions with teams in China and Japan.
  • Directed a multicultural team (Korea, China, and Japan) as team leader during the OSAKA SEP(Staff Exchange Program) Business Planning Session on Sustainable Urbanization in East Asia. As the marketing lead, I developed and proposed strategies to increase customer engagement and delivered the final presentation on behalf of the team.
  • Planned and hosted the OSAKA SEP Refresh Party as MC, organizing interactive cultural games such as Act It Out and distributing curated Korean snack gift sets.
  • Designed and hosted the CJK Membership Program, where I also served as MC, leading the event on-site and facilitating cultural exchange activities among Chinese, Japanese, and Korean staff members.

  • Collaborated with team members to ensure feasibility, inclusivity, and scalability of proposals, and integrated community-based insights into strategic planning.
  • Analyzed ESG integration in development cooperation by examining KOICA’s strategic direction and evolving K-ESG guidelines; presented key insights on aligning public project standards with sustainable governance frameworks.

  • Created and shared step-by-step instructional videos to clarify task instructions and ensure consistent execution across all team members; additionally provided bilingual communication support by translating key materials into Japanese for members unfamiliar with English research sources.
  • As chief marketing officer, conducted in-depth market research on the spending behaviors of Korean teenage girls and developed tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with our business model.
