RESEARCH INTERESTS

  • Drug Delivery & Nanotechnology for Skincare and Medicine
  • Bioactive Ingredient Development for Functional Foods & Nutraceuticals

RESEARCH EXPERIENCES

  • Research Student at Advanced Biologics Delivery (ABD) Lab , Sungkyunkwan University Natural Sciences Campus , Korea (Mar. 2025 ~ Jun. 2025) / Synthesized and characterized drug delivery carriers (PLGA microspheres, PBDT nanoparticles, rPBDT spherulites, CaCO₃ microspheres, MPN nanoparticles, liposomes). Optimized formulation methods (droplet vs. stirring), analyzed physicochemical properties (DLS, SEM), and assessed encapsulation efficiency and sustained release using Nile Red. Evaluated particle size, morphology, zeta potential, and drug release kinetics for targeted delivery applications.
  • Research Student at Emmerich Research Center, Jakarta, Indonesia, Center of Excellence Applied Science Academy, Sekolah Pelita Harapan, Lippo Village, Indonesia, Indonesia (Jul. 2021 ~ May. 2022) / Extracted chitosan from crab shells and tested antibacterial activity against six pathogens under varying pH (4.5, 6, 7). Found pH-dependent inhibition, strongest at pH 6–7, notably in sample CP. Proposed application of chitosan in skincare formulations for preventing S. aureus-related infections.
