Project Symphony-Volvo group People & Culture Strategy 2030 IT solution
1. Approach countries and introduce the Symphony project, create awareness and explain the statement of work.
2. Support the building of the country team, with skills, resources, budget and cost allocation.
3. Make all country team members onboard and support the localization along with understanding the country dimension and affected TD/BA´s
4. Establish and promote good communication and collaboration within the country team and inform and update the country on the project execution.

Volvo truck China mobility projects
1. Work closely with product owner and stakeholders to collect and define business requirements.
2. Assist development team with data preparation, workflow design and business logic confirmation.
3. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
4. Prepare user story, business requirement document and other needed documents.
China legal & compliance projects/Sim card registration
1. Communicate with BSPMs of different applications, collect specific information needed and discuss with legal team/external legal organizations to design proper solutions for China PIPL project.
2. Initiate and coordinate solution implementation with delivery managers and BSPMs.
3. Collect and summarize information needed from different parties, alone with business requirements provided, design workflow and merge into the existing pre-sales and after sales working process.

Project 1 BMW Siebel application support leader
1. As Siebel application support leader, help customers resolve daily system issues/bugs/requests,
maintained stability of daily system operation.
2. Managed the harmonious relation between customers and support team, guarantee the capacity inside the project.
3. Estimate risks before special(big) activities inside the project, well prepared the corresponding solutions in advance. (Like release, China PIPL data transfer)
4. Project was under transfer period from Germany to China, during the time, worked on lots transition jobs, such as managing knowledge transfer from Poland to China , coordinated team go-live, help resolve conflicts/problems occurred during project transition.
Project 2 Industry chapter business manager (Same time with project 1)
Worked as automobile area business manager in industry chapter

Present IBM solutions and related product to customer key users for potential business cooperation.

1. As English service desk, provide online tech support for all internal CSC user.
2. Support computer hardware/software , printer/scanner problems, IP Phone (Avaya/ Cisco) and all the other common desktop issues.
3. As application admin, help resolving basic system issues. (SAP, HYPERION, CITRIX, Lotus Notes etc.)

Project 1 Bank of Tianjin PM
1. Worked as project manager in PMO office, responsible for daily banking projects monitoring and delivery. (I’m not involved in any specific project, my role is more like an overall monitoring and control, to ensure on-time projects delivery and check any issue occurred during the projects whole life cycle)

1. Responsible for daily banking projects monitoring and delivery.
(I’m not really work as any role in any specific project, my role is for overall monitoring. Any

Project 3 GWM Thai Factory Migration (OA BPM system)
1. Work as PM, responsible for project delivery and quality.
2. As first round tester, review and verify system function before UAT.

Worked in RBP Solution team
1. Analyze banking operational works and projects based on the principle of decreasing as much manual works and working hours as we could, providing best solutions for users
2. Provide product original designs for users based on the communications and business logics provided, visualize users’ requirements.
5. Collect requirements and design business requirement documents.
6. As a bridge between users and tech team, assist feasibility studies and support negotiating issues/problems found in between.
7. Support UAT after developments, report if there’s any problem, create change requests and change request document.
9. Prepare user manual and test cases before UAT.

CMCDB Application support

1. As CRM system support, provide solutions by finding root cause from codes/backend logics for system issues users reported. 2. Collaborating with global support team (inside the team/ with other team) for finishing different tasks.
2. Monitor and check system services and integrations among different systems, investigate related issues. Identify issues about message queue and web services. (By using WebSphere)
3. Responsible for System test/new function test before release, create scenarios and generate test cases, summarize, analyze test result.
