- Site Master Plan Financial analysis(P&L budgeting and forecasting) for both existing facilities and New Warehouse implementation, including pricing & cost analysis.
- Analyzed financial data of new/existing customers to come up with a pricing strategy (renewal, new, annual price review, operational change, etc)
- Cross-Functional project management to consolidate inputs by each division; Solution design, Commercials, IT, Operation, Transportation, Real Estate, HSE, Security, and Finance).
- Work closely with the company Real Estate team to plan the space planning & facility financial profitability before the lease contract expiry. [Service Logistics Operation Analyst (Aug 2021 - Jan 2023)]
- Worked closely with DHL APAC/Global team to support the global master contract renewal. Came up with the pricing strategies from the local team to report it to the global team.
- Prepared Financial data, Renewal strategy (pricing/costing/improvement plan), business approval paper, and presentation deck to get through the KR approval process.
- Analyzed financial metrics and came up with a pricing strategy to plan the warehouse evacuation & Migration plan for 17 customers. ppt preparation & presentation was done by myself, successfully got approval from APAC/Global board members on the project plan.
- Conducted a few continuous improvement activities (cost saving, price discount, operation productivity enhancement) to enhance the customer satisfaction.
- Worked closely with DHL legal team & risk team situated in the APAC office to draft a contract (Master contract, amendment, appendix, etc) by communicating with multiple stakeholders(both internal/external). Drafted more than 10 contracts within the duration of the working period.
