Implemented cross-sectoral ICT technical assistance for partner countries in collaboration with international organizations and multilateral development banks to promote the overseas expansion of domestic ICT enterprises

• Planned and operated multilateral and bilateral ODA projects based on requirements from partner countries
• Communicated with the partner countries’ government entities, international organizations, and multilateral development banks (World Bank, ADB, AfDB, etc.)
• Supporting the overseas expansion of domestic enterprises by assisting their participation in bidding for ODA and multilateral development banks-funded procurement
• Identifying the pre-requisites (Data, Infrastructure, Governance) for adopting AI Services, Digital Platform, and Data-based administration

• Guatemala Police Training System Improvement Project to Strengthen Public Security Capacity (2014–2017 / $3.98 million)
• FAO Guatemala Climate Change Adaptation Project to Enhance Resilience in the North-Central Region (2018–2021 / $7 million)
