I have experience managing COVID-19 epidemiological investigators, transfer personnel, inspection staff, call centers, and overall manpower coordination.
Subsequently, I oversaw the operation of the Dementia Center in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, where I was responsible for revising dementia-related ordinances, budgeting, manpower management, monthly salary payments, and supporting treatment costs.

I was responsible for medical support, first aid, and hospital transportation at the Primary Care Clinic of Yeongdeungpo-gu Public Health Center in Seoul. I analyzed the movement and workflow of people to carry out an internal remodeling.

At this center, I conducted an HbA1c education project to maximize patient self-management, which earned me the Minister of Health and Welfare Award. I also lectured multiple times to other stakeholders about this process.

Afterward, I implemented the Safe Pharmacy Project to manage health education and connections for people visiting pharmacies.

I conducted medication safety education at elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, local children's centers, and elderly welfare facilities. Additionally, I was responsible for reviewing and reporting misleading advertisements for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products on the internet, as well as investigating and promoting the recall of discontinued pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products.

I worked at Seoul Metropolitan Hospital as a nursing official in various wards, including MDR-TB (Tuberculosis) and Dementia.
I contributed to the relief and treatment of symptoms in tuberculosis patients and shared practical improvements and knowledge through case studies.
As the team's preceptor, medical records manager, medical device safety manager, and emergency kit medicine manager, I worked diligently to ensure patient safety.
I hold a Health Teacher Certificate and a Social Worker Certificate, which have enhanced my confidence in patient education. Additionally, I have experience in running dementia programs in the ward.
I have also managed the linkage of social welfare services within the hospital.
Furthermore, I have extensive experience in medical institution certification evaluations.
