DONGHA(ROY) KANG

Hello! My name is DongHa(Roy) Kang, and I am excited to apply for the position of English tutor at your esteemed company. I am originally from South Korea and have had the privilege of experiencing diverse educational environments that have greatly shaped my understanding of the English language and multicultural perspectives.

After graduating from primary school, I attended an international school in Mungyeong City, North Gyeongsang Province, which offered an American education system. This early exposure allowed me to develop strong English skills at a young age, and I continued to build upon this foundation throughout my educational journey.

In addition to academics, I pursued soccer professionally during my primary and middle school years. This experience taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and maintaining a positive mindset, qualities that I believe are essential in teaching and inspiring students. I have learned to approach challenges with a positive attitude, which I can instill in my students to encourage their growth and confidence in learning English.

I also had the incredible opportunity to study abroad. My middle school had a campus in the United States, where I spent time honing my English skills and gaining valuable insights into American culture. I further enhanced my language abilities while studying in Fiji for a year and then transferring to Australia, where I immersed myself in a multicultural environment. These experiences have not only improved my English proficiency but also allowed me to understand various cultural perspectives, which I believe will be beneficial when working with students from diverse backgrounds.

With my background in English language development, international exposure, and my ability to motivate and support students, I am confident that I would be a great fit for the role of English tutor. I am eager to share my knowledge and experiences with students and help them grow in their English skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
