[From Part-Time Worker to Manager]

Promoted to manager at Caribbean Bay, I showcased leadership and problem-solving skills by training over 10 part-time employees and conducting interviews for around 80 candidates. This experience highlighted my creativity in developing training methods, strong communication with diverse teams, and solidified my passion for HR, particularly in talent acquisition and employee development.

[Outstanding Participant Award]

I received the "Outstanding Participant" award for leadership, creativity, and collaboration during an overseas education program, where I taught Korean language and hygiene to underprivileged students and supported teammates through health concerns and emotional counseling. This experience enhanced my communication skills in Korean and English and deepened my passion for inclusion and well-being in diverse groups.
