media (bus stops, taxi stands, etc.) to promote tourism exchange between Seoul and
New York.

- Managed the project single-handedly
- Revised and reviewed the English agreement
- Negotiated details of the joint marketing, including media exposure, content, dates,
quantities, and unit prices with both organizations

- Exchanged approximately 240 million KRW in value for advertising (conducted off-

- Renewed the MOU for the same project after 10 years since 2011

2) Planning and Marketing of Beauty-Related Video Content for Domestic and
International Tourists

- Project Duration: June 2022 - September 2022 (4 months)
- Discovered and promoted new beauty tourism courses that can be explored on foot in
Seoul, creating promotional content for domestic and international tourists through
various SNS channels.
② Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversaw the planning and competitive bidding processes for the annual project
- Provided guidelines for video production to the agency involved in the project and
supervised the process
- Prepared content production task instructions to match changing trends

- Achieved 550,000 views for the video, double the view count compared to the previous
year's project with the same budget
- Provided direction for future project implementation through a new video production
approach that differed from previous methods
3) Review of English Notation for Public Terms in Seoul

- Reviewed and responded to public terms (department names, subway station names,
facility names, etc.) in English requested by the Seoul City and 25 autonomous districts
and other public institutions.

- Managed the overall English notation
- Operated an advisory committee in preparation for requests for consultation on
significant notations (newly established subway station names, etc.)
- Reviewed English notations for departments requesting consultation, including
organizational restructuring in Seoul City
