I have 15 years of overseas sales experience in Sae-A trading co. and I have been running a company called Unifit co., Ltd. for more than 5 years. I've been exporting cloths to US market (OEM) and also selling my products to global customers.
With meeting many clients and customers, I learned that the most important thing is listening what they want me to do. Since everyone wants to get something even paying from pocket. I felt very rewarded when I touched the customer and came back that much. Responsibility, diligence, honesty, etc. are all essential factors, but I would say the biggest source is something that impressing customers. I'm sure this is what makes me grow and further flourish the company.
I don't know how much I can do to company, but I'm sure I can take the company to the next level than now. Because I have been developing myself and the company for the past 20 years.
