• Own technical responsibility for delivering clear product specifications to development teams, ensuring alignment with market needs through close collaboration with marketing and customer-facing teams
• Provide development timelines and review technical deliverables following specification agreement
• Lead product development risk assessments, including HazOp, dFMEA, and product safety reviews
• Define verification and validation requirements and ensure successful, fully validated product launches
• Serve as a technical consultant and provide training to technical support and field service engineers

Major Achievements:

• Launched high-volume manufacturing (HVM) versions of integrated vacuum and abatement systems supporting EUV lithography tools
• Standardized products to accelerate development and reduce engineering and manufacturing lead times for new customer orders
• Integrated customer-specific requirements and compliance standards, including SEMI S2, Common Spec, and NFPA 79
• Streamlined engineering change processes and ensured copy-exact implementation with effective field upgrade management
• Strengthened team motivation and technical expertise through effective leadership and knowledge sharing

• Define clear product specifications for engineering teams through close collaboration with Marketing, ensuring alignment with market requirements for customized designs
• Provide estimated engineering and manufacturing lead times, along with product prime cost, to support customer order commitments
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including engineering, procurement, suppliers, manufacturing, and technical support—using project management skills to ensure on-time delivery

• Achieved 100% on-time delivery for customized vacuum dry pumps over one year
• Delivered R&D versions of integrated vacuum and abatement systems on schedule to support EUV lithography tools
• Successfully completed on-time product transfer of customized vacuum dry pumps from U.S. to Korea
