The biggest asset gained from the career of 6 years is the ability to adapt and end up with a positive result in a result oriented field of competition. Have the experience with dealing with players with different cultural background, different age proportion, on different regions. Various experiences have given infinite confidence to succeed with any given situation regardless of region, players, or team when granted with a plan set together with the team. Having been able to enhance the team's performance from spring split to summer to international stage every year throughout the career has raised the respect and influence as an individual in esports field. Making and keeping promises made, trusting and helping the promises made from the others is the biggest joy possible within the job that allows positive environment with virtuous cycle which is a necessity on any team aiming for the top.

  • Enforced the mid and jungle position within the team while first timing the job as a positional coach.
  • Succeeded in advancing to all international stage available for two years in a row while never missing World Championship stage while working on a LCS team, advancing three times on a three different team.
  • Took the role within draft, scouting, individual coach, general coaching while serving the military duty of the country with efficient time management, ability to earn respect of the players/coaches, and great understanding of how to approach best of 5 series.
  • Is now prepping the team within the 2 months of time span for the World Championship that will be held in Korea for the team to reach tournament stage, which the LCS could not reach for two consecutive years.

  • Kept all the promises with the upper management of the team such as not dropping a single game to a weaker team throughout the whole season, being able to create an upset against upper standing teams by playoffs, utilizing full roster with a specific purpose to maximize the benefit of a big squad.
  • Pulled off drafts, strategies, and characteristic of players that are unique and effective against each teams specifically.
  • Introduced the importance of presentation regarding the scouting of opponent team/players which became an important factor of each team in the current point of time.

  • Successfully harmonized the cultural strength in both eastern and western region for the team to be adaptable to any given situation.
