I am an Aviation Tourism undergraduate student at Hanseo University, enrolled in 2024. Throughout my academic journey, I have studied various aspects of the aviation industry, including airline service management, cabin service, aviation operations, hospitality, and global customer relations. These courses have helped me develop a strong understanding of the importance of safety, professionalism, and customer-focused service in the airline industry.

In addition to my academic studies, I have actively participated in practical experiences to improve my service skills and global communication abilities. As a university ambassador team leader, I have developed leadership, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills by coordinating activities and communicating with different people.
