Firstly, I believe I would fit well into Coupang's 'results-driven' cultural ethos. I have a habit of checking and reviewing my personal growth and contributions to the company every three months. This reflects my strong emphasis on personal development and achievements. I am confident that this mindset aligns well with a work culture that values managing quantitative outcomes and will contribute synergistically towards achieving team goals.

Second, I am committed to enhancing my operational expertise. Although I have gained various experience in handling various tasks in small organizations, I found it difficult to strengthen my expertise in an environment where various tasks are more important than process advancement. I want to work with a clear KPI in Coupang, where tasks are subdivided.
