While working as an ESG consultant at Marcspon, I've done a large number of ESG consulting tasks. Participation varies from client to client and is divided into tasks that were actually performed alone, tasks that were assisted, and tasks that were operated by two to three as a team. There are two projects that I led, two projects that I participated in, and four projects that I supported.
1. Preparing the sustainability report for many companies
- Perform WBS design-based tasks.
- In the case of Factsheet, I conduct a level diagnosis that maps key ESG evaluation indicators such as MSCI, KCGS, and DJSI to see if the company has the necessary content from ESG evaluation response to the general level. Based on this, I design Factsheet based on the items that the company needs to respond to the evaluation.
- In the case of materiality assessment, this year, the major topic categories by industry are searched and mapped in SASB and GRI criteria for dual materiality assessment. And I reflected the changed survey format.
2. Responding to CDP, DJSI, EcoVadis ESG Evaluation
- Mid-sized enterprise CDP minimum version 12 points higher
- Mid-sized Enterprise EcoVadis the Lowest Silver - Rises to the Highest Gold
- Two large companies are responding to DJSI evaluation
- KCGS is not in the service, but in general, clients request to respond together, so I applies it to factsheet quantitative/qualitively and provides necessary policy samples before preparing a report, and provides results that meet the client's needs.
3. Developing strategy and master plan
- Consulting on establishing mid- to long-term strategies and master plans for large companies (finishing the report to the board of directors)
- Based on ESG-level diagnostics, identify the requirements, organize the execution framework, set the strategic direction accordingly, and set it short/medium/long term. On top of that, when the picture is displayed, the vision and framework are aligned with the management strategy.

2. Managing Social contribution project for multicultural families
- Manage whole process : a competition for married migrants and migrant children through external donations. Work such as preparing related proposals, promoting competitions, first inspection of works, publishing award collections, and preparing project result reports, etc
3. Multicultural Forum
- International academic conferences are held in cooperation with the Immigration Policy Research Institute and the Immigration Policy Division of the Ministry of Justice on the MIPEX study, an immigration integration policy index. Conducting tasks such as investigating related data, assisting research, and preparing press releases
4. International academic conference
- It is an annual academic conference that jointly participates in all events, including topic selection, speaker contact, procedural review, interpretation, and online and offline relay work
