• Stakeholder Engagement: Engaged with industry leaders and potential partners to initiate and foster strategic alliances and collaborative projects. Collaborated with data providers and performed follow-up data management to ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Project Planning and Execution: Once a new local content application plan is obtained, manage the project by conducting Request for Information (RFI) and contracts with data providers. Assess data quality and manage the entire process until the data is updated in the actual navigation system.
• Data Quality Assessment: Conducted on-site testing to evaluate data quality, managed KPI metrics to ensure alignment with quality standards.
