Summary

Over 15 Years of Consultant & Project Manager in CRM Solution, Consulting and Cloud Solution Company.

I have lots of experiences for CRM Solution Implementation project. Especially, Digital Marketing, Loyalty System (Customer Membership Management), Data Platform (Customer Data Platform), Salesforce Automation, Call Center, Data Analytics.

I am practical project designer; design project scope, decide who are going to join it, project scheduling, risk estimation, contingency planning, business estimation, analyzing customer tendency and requirements, project roadmap for future business.

I don’t have project failure experience through my total career when I involved project as project manager. Especially, I have a history of stepping in late, at the request of my organization, to projects that were stalled or on the path to failure, and bringing them to a successful conclusion.

I don’t only have project management skill, but I have also consulting skill, designing business process and development skill. When I was junior CRM consultant, I could customize and develop CRM solution (Siebel, SAP CRM). And I can use SQL for data analytics. Programing does not problem for me. Of course, I can make many kinds of documentation for process innovation (PI) consulting report, Project Result Reports, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), State of work(SOW), Contract Document of Project and so on.

  • I made new project for Lotte Resort and I conducted a project to expand CDP within the Lotte hotel group, integrating the data of Hotel Lotte's customers and Resort & Golf (Skyhill CC) customers into consolidated Database, and establishing the foundation for cross-sell marketing by finding the connection between Resort & Golf customers and existing hotel customers based on the integrated customer profile data.
  • With the integration of Hotel LOTTE and LOTTE Resort & Golf (Skyhill CC) into one company, I established the foundation for integrating online behavioral data that existed in the existing hotels and Resorts & Golf into the consolidated database.
  • As the customer's understanding of CDP increased, we introduced features such as predictive scoring function using ML and predictive model using Python provided within CDP, which had not been tried in previous hotel projects, and provided technical support to activate them.
  • Apart from the project to build a CDP for resorts and golf (Skyhill CC), we connected with the call center of an existing hotel to create a system that allows call center employees to use integrated data about customers when responding to customers.

  • I made the document of proposal and I was the speaker of the proposal. And our team won the deal.
  • As a personal achievement, I planned the project detail like design the project scope of work, selecting the implementation partner, and organizing the work, making it the first case of successfully implementing a CDP project for a Hotel Lotte Group company, and based on this foundation, I achieved making a successful case that can be used as a reference for projects with other customers.
  • As the first case of utilizing CDP and applying it to the domestic hotel business, I successfully completed the implementation of a customer integrated DB platform that can support various types of marketing based on insights through data analysis by integrating online behavioral data generated in real time and offline data collected at each hotel branch.
  • After this project, I performed my role as a Customer Success Manager, introducing the features of the CDP to the customer one by one and suggesting how to utilize them.

  • Using Oracle Marketing Cloud Solutions (Responsys), which were first attempted to introduce in Korea, I performed Lotte department Store campaign solution implementation project as PM.

  • Samsung electronics’s point policy was very depends upon Samsung card point system. Samsung elec. could not driving their marketing plan. In order to handling policy of own marketing, Samsung elec. wanted independent point system against Samsung card point system.
  • Designed the algorithm about accumulating and subtracting points of membership as SAP Consultant. Key points of design is that every point transaction has to make history about accumulation, subtracting and refund point.
