I worked on the semiconductor photo process for about 7 years. I was in charge of the Photo Clean Track facility Set-up for 4 years and the facility maintenance and FDC (Fault Detection Management) at the chipmaker. During the Set-up, I learned basic knowledge about the facility and response to problems. At Chipmaker, I did the analysis of the process to prevent and detect semiconductor wafer production rate and prevent recurrence.
