For two and a half years, I participated in a total of four projects, one from overseas and three from Korea. In particular, I constructed the Clean Room and the Dry Room and learned the characteristics and operation process of the In-house construction. And when the new anode material project was carried out, the refrigerator, pump, air conditioner, and exhaust fan were constructed and commissioned, contributing from the start of construction to the completion of construction. In the process, I tried to gain on-site facility setting and operation know-how such as the characteristics of ultra-pure pipe (AP/EP/BA) material, cold load calculation and control valve setting for normal operation of refrigerator, and know-how to form a room with a temperature of -40 degrees Celsius.
Through this, the problem of not being able to operate the refrigerator normally due to lack of refrigeration load in winter was identified through UT Matrix review, and the problem was solved by air conditioner cold water bypass operation and the introduction of additional heat source equipment (FCU).
Currently, I am in charge of the construction of the Clean Room Utility and the hook-up of semiconductor equipment. In this process, in order to meet the requirements of the client and the production schedule, I am playing the role of confirming the drawing concept and the UT supply schedule.
I'm ready to carry out construction and maintenance work in the semiconductor and secondary battery manufacturing industry, and I will actively carry out engineer work based on related knowledge.
