- Responsible for overseeing and managing comprehensive legal affairs in global subsidiaries of Samsung Electronics such as local litigations and arbitrations, HR related disputes (e.g. factory workers strike), tax probes against subsidiaries.

- Responsible for ensuring personal protection plan being implemented throughout corporate departments and timely updating the plan in accordance with the Korean PIPA.
- Newly established and operated cross-functional privacy governance body (i.e. 'Privacy Steering Committee') within Samsung Electronics.
- Responsible for rollout and update of corporate privacy policies, checklists for technical and organizational protection measures of personal information, policy for retention and deletion of personal information files, customer complaint management policy and process.
