- Newly established and operated cross-functional privacy governance body (i.e. 'Privacy Steering Committee') within Samsung Electronics.
- Responsible for rollout and update of corporate privacy policies, checklists for technical and organizational protection measures of personal information, policy for retention and deletion of personal information files, customer complaint management policy and process.
- Streamlined the process for contracting, auditing and training of 3rd party personal information processors.

- Successfully dealt with regulatory probes on personal data breach incidents in Korea, U.S and U.K.
