I have a strong background in martial arts, having competed as a kickboxing athlete. Currently, I maintain an active lifestyle through daily running, which helps me stay focused and energized. I also enjoy playing soccer and basketball recreationally, as I appreciate both the teamwork and physical challenge they offer. Additionally, I engage in weight training approximately three times a week to support my overall strength and well-being.
These activities are more than just hobbies for me—they are sources of inspiration. I find that movement and physical activity enhance not only my physical health but also my creativity, discipline, and motivation in everyday life.
