Develop ATC System(auto feedback loop system)

• Developing an autonomous fab SW enabling auto control semiconductor manufacturing equipments through auto feedback loop (1.anomaly detection -> 2. calculate a control value -> 3. send the value back to the equipment)
• Developing data pipe lines, collecting various realtime data from equipments by using KAFKA and MongoDB.
• Developing a realtime auto closed loop feedback system for the semiconductors equipments and its configuration system.
• Cooperating with various global leading semiconductor equipments companies(Applied Material, Lam Research, TEL etc) to develop auto-control tool SW based on the SEMI standards and the official spec document, ATE, deployed by our departments.
• Installing and operating baremetal linux and cloud servers in semiconductor fab lines.
• Developing CI/CD for auto deploying

Operated and developed Autorange System

• Operated Autorange system, a subsystem of FDC(Fault Detection and Classification) system, which calculates tolerances for the fault detections based on data.
• Developed next generation Autorange system, called Smart Autorange, which use regressions for calculating more precise fault detection tolerance.
• Operated Oracle Database systems and Greenplum Database for storing and managing data for Autorange.
• Operated near 60 linux and database servers, charging of global Samsung semiconductor fabs.
