- ISO 45001 Implementation & Management

• Achieved initial ISO 45001 certification for Production Division (6 factories) in 2023, enhancing workplace safety culture and reducing incidents by 0.281(accident rate=number of (accidents/employees))
• Revised and implemented ISO 45001 manuals, processes, and guidelines
• Providing on-site consulting and cross-functional coordination. (Anyang, Asan, Gumi Factory)

- ISO 45001 Implementation & Management ( For Anyang Plant )

• Standardized the application of ISO 45001 by creating manuals, processes, and guidelines, providing detailed training and ongoing support for effective implementation.
• Established Field Task Force and conducted multiple workshops to explain ISO 45001 guidelines.
• Facilitated continuous improvement of the system through internal audits and corrective actions, ensuring consistent refinement and enhancement of safety processes

• Conducted regular risk assessments using KRAS for 50+ processes, leading to continuous improvements
• Revised risk assessment procedures for the Production Division, including employee feedback surveys and near-miss identification

- PSM (Process Safety Management) : S-grade

• Achieved and maintained S-grade rating in PSM (2022)
• Achieved zero major industrial accidents through PHA (Process Hazard Analysis: HAZOP) and proactive mitigation strategies.

- Accident Root Cause Analysis & Recurrence Prevention

• Statistical Accident Case Analysis - Analyzed accident trends using Python for 2022 and 2023, identifying vulnerabilities for joint inspections on Safety Day Conducted joint inspections through near-miss and minor accident trend analysis
• Implemented accident process risk assessments (JSA) and horizontal deployment across similar processes
• Conducted safety manual training and promoted compliance throughout production and engineering departments.
