Summary

As a pharmacy major, I believe that creating an environment where patients can receive timely and appropriate treatment is just as crucial as new drug development.

Through my experience as a Trainee and Intern in the V&A (Value & Access) department at Sanofi-Aventis Korea, I have gained practical insights into South Korea's Health Technology Assessment (HTA), pharmaceutical pricing systems, and Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R) strategies.

Additionally, by participating in the reimbursement listing process for Dupixent, Rezurock, and Fitusiran, I acquired hands-on experience in Market Access strategies.

As the new drug development landscape continues to evolve, I aspire to become a Market Access specialist, formulating effective reimbursement strategies to ensure that patients have rapid and appropriate access to treatment options.
