When I was 15 years old, a well-made game named ‘Overwatch’ successfully undermined the discriminations and stereotypes often found in various media by releasing game characters of various races, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds. Since then, I have been interested in the influence of games as a medium and dreamed of becoming a game developer who makes games that positively impact our society. So, I decided to study the field of programming for my middle school graduation project as the first step of my career. When I entered high school, I organized a programming club with my classmates who were interested in studying programming. We studied various fields of programming such as web application development, server management, project management using GIT, and database administration from a teacher who once worked as a software developer. In addition, I studied the fundamentals of machine learning and AI through the Student AI Development Project hosted by Elice Academy. Moreover, I shared my knowledge with others by joining the coding tutoring club 'CO;Ders' since I believe sharing one's knowledge is as important as broadening one's expertise itself. Still, my ultimate goal is to make a game that brings a positive impact on the world. To achieve this goal, I always think that I must study various fields and have various experiences as much as possible. Therefore, I am always trying to gain various experiences even after I entered university.
