I was responsible for brand marketing and CRM marketing at a newly established AI dermatology clinic located in Gangnam area, specializing in cutting-edge technologies. This clinic was the first to integrate AI kiosks and big data to lead the future of dermatological treatments, while also offering long-term skincare product and treatment plans for consumers. As a member of the task force in charge of the clinic’s international marketing, I oversaw the setup and management of overseas operational platforms, content planning, filming, and editing. I conducted keyword research and market analysis to lay the groundwork for attracting foreign patients.
I also analyzed the clinic’s patient database, identified target countries and cultures, and collaborated with influencers suited to those regions. Additionally, I managed content, provided translation and customer service for visiting patients, and handled consultations.
I worked as a part-time translator at an inbound travel service company, providing VIP services to overseas tourists and medical tourists from countries like Vietnam and Singapore. I also assisted with medical interpretation and office tasks during visits to domestic healthcare institutions such as Samsung Medical Center and Asan Medical Center, providing comprehensive support across all areas of the role.
As a member of the English Marketing Team at ConnectWell, an MSO (Management Support Organization), I was responsible for promoting and attracting foreign patients to the PPEUM Global clinics after the opening of the PPEUM Global specialized foreigner branch in September 2023. Using overseas viral advertising platforms such as TikTok Business and Meta Business, I managed advertising campaigns to promote the brand PPEUM Global and its cosmetic, aesthetic services outside South Korea. I developed strategies tailored to different English-speaking countries and provided customized packages or customer service (CS) tailored to specific cultural contexts.
Additionally, I analyzed platforms experiencing rapid growth in sales or trends and contacted influencers from various countries active on these platforms, or communicated with their agencies to arrange trial treatments at locations that suited their content. After their visits, I followed up on video uploads and the impact of the videos, conducting market research to understand the trends and preferences of foreigners from different age groups and countries.
Beyond advertising, I managed the official SNS accounts promoting the clinic's treatment information and promotions, and handled the translation of uploaded images, price lists, and treatment details. I was also responsible for translating contract documents in English when working with foreign companies.
As a result of these efforts, after the launch of the PPEUM Global brand, the share of Singaporean patients in our domestic market increased by about three times, reflecting our team's significant success.
