1. Project Lead:
1) 3PL Vendor Transition:
- Spearheaded transition to new 3PL partner vendor
- Effectively transitioned 3PL Logistics & Warehouse vendor from DKSH to Geo-young in 2019
2) Operational System and Software Development:
- Integrated Internal ERP system (Microsoft Navision) and 3PL warehouse ERP system (SAP) - Order Management Integration
- Led development of a new Software Program (Inventory Management system) in collaboration with external IT Software Engineer and internal Functional and Sales groups
3) 3PL Vendor Management:
- Supervised 15 staff memebers from 3PL vendor.
- Received reports on issues arising from customers
- Resolved problems related to customer issues
- Conducted monthly meetings to monitor and supervise KPIs reported by the 3PL vendor
4) Korean Label and RFID Tag Integration:
- Consolidated Korean Label and RFID Tag into the unified label
- Engaged in close communication among APAC stakeholders, TAG producers, and intermediary coordination
5) RFID Shield Room Construction:
- Oversaw construction of the RFID Shield Room in 3PL Warehouse
2. Supply Chain Management:
1) Inventory and PO Management:
- Ensure timely and optimum supply of inventory in the Korea DC and replenish inventory to external customers
- Develop and maintain finished goods inventory targets by SKU, considering service level objectives, forecast error, and replenishment lead times
- Minimize working capital costs by optimizing finished goods inventory levels while meeting service level objectives
- Reduced order lead times with streamlined procurement processes for increased customer satisfaction
2) Regional and Local Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to address plant-related issues affecting product supply
- Implement an effective structure/mechanism for collaboration with stakeholders at various levels.
- Work with other functions in local and APAC to achieve Korea planning team initiatives and goals.
