 I am writing to apply for the Overseas Work Experience Program at LG Electronics. As a double major in Business Administration and Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Kwangwoon University, I am eager to gain hands-on global experience in a structured and collaborative corporate environment. I believe that LG, as a global leader with large-scale operations, offers the ideal setting to observe real-world business practices and contribute with my skills. At Studio Dragon, a CJ ENM subsidiary, I worked as an HR Assistant where I supported recruitment, onboarding, employee welfare, general affairs, and internal events. One of my key accomplishments was independently developing a recruitment operations manual by analyzing our applicant tracking system (ATS) and documenting over 20 workflow processes. This resolved confusion from the lack of handover documentation and helped stabilize our hiring process. Following this, I was entrusted with managing end-to-end recruitment administration, including candidate coordination, logistics, and internal reporting. This experience taught me how to create structure in ambiguous situations, self-learn systems, and deliver reliable support-skills that are directly applicable to tasks such as product support, research, or reporting at LG. I also learned the value of proactive communication and teamwork, especially when working across different teams and departments. Through this opportunity, I hope to deepen my understanding of global business operations and observe how large organizations function in cross-cultural environments. At the same time, I aim to contribute actively by applying my administrative experience and supporting team objectives with clarity, responsibility, and flexibility.
