I have been teaching English in South Korea for the past 6 years at the elementary and middle school level as a native English teacher. During this time, I have greatly improved my skill in the Korean language and developed a motivation to pursue a career in translation and interpretation. I am very globally-minded and hold a great appreciation for different cultures and foreign languages. I intend to pursue this path though furthering my education in a master's program where I can train my skills as a translator specializing in Korean-English translation and interpretation.
