1. Personal Growth and Development "A Time Confronting a New World." I lived in Bangladesh for nearly 10 years and attended an international school there. Meeting people from various cultural backgrounds was exciting as well as intimidating at times, particularly because of cultural differences and lack of language proficiency. However, by learning from my father, who is very proactive and challenging in his business career, I learned to interact actively with people and to maintain harmonious relationships. With persistent efforts in academics, especially in English, I obtained results well beyond expectations. On returning to Korea, I worked at Line Friends in Myeong-dong, Willys in Nowon, and Willys in the Lotte World Tower.

2. Strengths and Weaknesses "A Product of Diligence, Caution, and Responsibility." In academic life as well as professional life, I stress "diligence and responsibility." I always try to be diligent and responsible towards any task assigned to me. During my academic days, I carried out my duties diligently and responsibly, and, similarly, in the job to which I was appointed, completing my tasks with diligence and responsibility earned the recognition and affection of many people. I am also very cautious by nature, and I practice the principle of "look before you leap" actively. However, I am too altruistic at times, which makes it hard for me to say no to requests from others, thereby creating complications sometimes. I know this and am working on being more mindful and assertive.

3. Key Experiences and Career I was working at Line Friends store at Myeongdong Young Plaza in 2017. Selling merchandise was my primary duty, but I participated in lots of promotions and events. Even though I wasn't the main person in charge, I managed to complete all of them successfully. Being proactive and willing to assist and cooperate helped me greatly in achieving those goals. I worked at the Willys (Apple Premium reseller store) in Seoul Nowon from August 2020 to February 2022. From May to July 2022, I was Assistant Manager at the Willys Lotte World Tower (Apple Shop). By working and learning through Apple Seed Sales, I was passionate about ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experiences. As a bridge to customers, connecting them with Apple products, I filled my responsibilities with dedication. Outclass Sales training by Apple (Apple pin) makes me pretty proud. Starting October 2023, currently CX Manager for the CX Team in Tripbtoz some key duties performed at the present are Partner support communicating with hotel in the city as well as around the world handling the customer on a call/chat along with overall experience management with the customers.
