Managed ticket services and information services at Lotte World.

In the ticketing part, handled ticket and annual pass issuance plus, greeted guests at the entrance, and checked tickets, too.

In the information part, assisted guests who had difficulty using the park by providing guidance.

As a TFT member, for Startup Demo Day event with top financial institutions in Korea, designed promotional materials using Photoshop and Illustrator. Since the event aimed to attract an international audience, I focused on ensuring it had a broad international reach.
After the event, reviewed follow-up promotional videos highlighting each team. I primarily checked for editing errors and reviewed the English script.

• Maximized event attendance by utilizing social media platforms to create buzz around upcoming promotions.
• Increased brand awareness through effective distribution of promotional materials.

Participated in the documentary about how DRX(one of Korean e-sports teams) became the winners of the 2022 League of Legends Worlds.

As the main editor, I edited about 10 hours of footage, following their journey and pointing their highlight reels for each match.

• Showcased the human story behind each documentary subject through empathetic and engaging editing techniques that connected with viewers on an emotional level.
• Collaborated with directors and producers to refine the overall vision, ensuring seamless integration of visuals, audio, and narrative elements.
