Introduction

Capabilities Required to Become a Sales Operation Support Specialist at ASML Korea: Analytical Skills and Collaboration Abilities [Analytical Skills] I have focused on developing production and supply plans through data analysis and problem-solving. In this process, I played an operational role in coordinating opinions and responsibilities among relevant departments such as Sales, Production, and Marketing. As a Supply Chain Planner at Merck Electronics Korea, I participated in various projects. In the 2nd Source Qualification project, I was involved in the entire process from raw material demand forecasting to customer selection for PCN, contributing to the creation of conditions to handle a forecasted average monthly demand increase of over 20% starting from Q1 2024. In the SAP Automation project, I automated the batch management processes for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, integrating these processes into the production and quality management systems. During this project, I analyzed real production data and was responsible for managing material data such as BOM and PE data. Based on this experience, I participated in the annual costing for 2025, involving the calculation of manufacturing costs, selling prices, and target margins. As a result, I was able to resolve an average monthly cost variance of approximately 400 million KRW in the system. Additionally, through tasks such as global site inventory replenishment management using Power BI and Palantir, I enhanced my proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. By analyzing actual sales data and demand forecasts and efficiently managing global inventory, I was responsible for maintaining safety stock levels for chemicals, parts, and gases. [Co-operation Skills] I participated in the large-capacity package conversion project for major customers such as Samsung, Micron, and Intel, transitioning from 19L to 38L. I took the lead in identifying the demand for new 38L products and comparing them with actual shipment quantities, overseeing the entire process from purchasing container materials to production. Throughout this process, I closely collaborated with Sales, Business, Asset, and Marketing teams to coordinate BOM management, parts procurement, and production planning, setting optimal container stock levels. I actively participated in S&OP meetings, demonstrating strong collaboration skills in aligning production and supply plans with business objectives. I contributed to setting and managing safety stock levels for key customers by aligning production and supply plans with business goals. I have extensive experience in coordinating the opinions of global stakeholders to achieve inventory and customer satisfaction targets through raw material procurement and production planning operations to meet the Sales and Business goals for the products I manage. I am passionate about directly communicating with customers and connecting relevant departments to achieve goals at the forefront of the Lithography business. With a strong foundation in analytical and collaboration skills, I aim to drive clear data analysis, process management, and collaboration with Sales, CS, and Business teams, contributing to the achievement of ASML Korea's Sales targets as a Sales Operation Support Specialist.
