  • Worked closely with Airfrov to maintain optimum levels of communication to effectively and efficiently complete projects. Airfrov is a venture company, located in Singapore, which is usually introducing countries' attractions to app users. As soon as I found it via searching, I contacted to them and made a partnership after discussion, which lasted for one month. This was the beginning of promotions of JH international with Airfrov.
  • Completed all paperwork, recognizing any discrepancies and addressing them in a timely fashion. As the increase of the number of products and diversified categories, which were treated in my company, I used Excel to arrange products clearly. This work helped me not only in monitoring for online promotion but also in off-line promotion in export exhibition.
  • Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems. Once in a month, JH international and Airfrov opened a promotion which introduced Korean products made by Korean small businesses. Those products had high-quality, but due to lack of channels, their products were not exported then. Given that the points of marketing was storytelling, after discussion with Airfrov worker, we could do branding considering the function of our products. This branding helped customers to believe that consuming JH international's products were equivalent to investment for self. The strategy was excellent. Thus even it was the first time introducing Korean products, 200 items were sold at the first promotion.
  • Delivered exceptional level of service to each customer by listening to concerns and answering questions. Before the real-purchase of customers, because brands that I treated were not introduced in Singapore yet, many customers asked me about products. Despite the time difference, I responded to all questions in an hour. It helped my company to gain trust to Airfrov users, so that in second promotion, more customers were interested in that.
  • Monitored all company inventory to ensure stock levels and databases were updated. Even though I prepared a lot, sometimes, some changes occurred during promotion such as lack of stocks due to renewal. Therefore, monitoring inventory was important especially after getting order list from Airfrov. I checked conditions of all products, so that customers could get their stuffs as quickly as possible.

  • Revamped work strategies and processes to accomplish agency objectives. At first, UAEM usually conducted paper research and off-line event. However, I thought that using social net working system and interest of people should be accompanied, which would be a driving force to renovate policies. Before off-line event, online promotion was essential in my thought, so I planned how to use UAEM Korea instagram channel efficiently. UAEM Korea branch was first open in 2019, therefore nobody in other branches knew the existence of UAEM Korea. Therefore, I planned to upload card news not only for introducing UAEM Korea but also for generating interest of people. This led UAEM Korea doing networking with other branches actively, and other branches began to upload their own card news.
  • Quickly learned new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity. My part was PR, and what I did in UAEM was making card news so that people can know what UAEM do. By using mango-plate (a tool for making colorful card news), I made card news and uploaded in every week. In fact, this was the first time that I made card news and uploaded in social networking system, but by practicing it, I was able to use that tool easily.
  • Gathered, arranged and corrected research data to create representative graphs and charts highlighting results for presentations. In prior to offline campaign, it was essential to get insight of supply of essential medicine, purpose of UAEM. Hence, every member was allocated one's part (policy, patent law, the problem of supply of essential medicine, and so on) and writing down the paper which can enhance subsequent members' understanding towards essential medicine and what UAEM do. Since the procedure for allowing medicine is complicated, using graph was necessary. Therefore, I arranged what policies were applied to each stage. This graph helped subsequent members to understand the process easily.
