• Designed and successfully executed lesson plans for both curriculum based textbooks and self-designed after school and camp classes for over 200 low-income and rural second language learners aged 6-13
• Created hundreds of resources using programs such as Powerpoint, Tablets, Storytelling, and self-designed workbooks and quizzes
• Provided culturally sensitive and socially aware culture based lessons to encourage diplomacy and international exchange for South Korean elementary students
• Established and effectively managed 23, 40 minute to 4 hour long classes per week whilst managing student behavior and a variety of low-level and special need accommodations.

• Effectively taught students while working collaboratively with 7+ Korean co-teachers with different teaching styles and received second place in a national NIIED co-teaching video contest (July 2021).

• Compassionately and effectively assisted children with behavioral and developmental disabilities at a group home between the ages of 10-17 by encouraging behavioral regulation and de-escalation methods allowing for a decrease in reported incidents
• Meticulously inputted patient data into EPIC to track patient behavior, medicine intake, sleep time, and other relevant data for patient care according to Albertina Kerr regulations and mission statement.

Aided in social media post production and outreach on Instagram to promote study abroad programs at PSU for over 1,000 followers

Created and presented educational material to students interested in study abroad using PowerPoint and Publisher

Followed up with students to help them begin their study abroad semester.

• Assisted the PMG department by creating a 46 page long resource guide for caregivers and patient use
• Created a SharePoint site for the department that allows caregivers to easily access resources/documents that they can use in their work and with patients
• Created accessible and effective patient resources using Microsoft PowerPoint and Publisher
• Answered calls and attended online staff meetings consistently meeting and exceeding manager and hire-up expectations by completing assignments by and/or before expected deadlines.

• Met and exchanged language with seven Korean students weekly utilizing cultural sensitivity and appropriate language for the individual student needs and goals for their language learning.

• Created and organized team materials to ensure an effective beauty team increasing in-stock accuracy measures by 80% in a single quarter
• Trained new employees in beauty team standards and expectations and followed up with each team member to check in on execution every three weeks
