Furthermore, oversaw a full forklift of infrastructure at Camp Humphrey, South Korea, transitioning from Cisco to Juniper in just 6 weeks, which included replacing 196 closets, executing core cutover, and updating distribution switches and outlying GSUs

• Expertise in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting multi million dollar satellite truck equipment, including antennas, modems, encoders and decoders, amplifiers, and transmission systems.

● Deployment of Solarwinds, including collaborating with CCIEs to create auto-polling, policy sets, and meeting DISA STIGs.

● Created OSPF network with stub areas over a DMVPN phase 3 topology for SIPRnet. This involved installing 4 KG-175X TACLANES and 2 ASR 1001Xs. Helped ensure a secure and reliable network for transmitting classified information.

● Provisioned over 80 Cisco 3850 switches, including implementing DHCP scopes. Experience configuring and installing Cisco 9500s, 9400s, and 9300s, Helped ensure the smooth operation and reliability of network infrastructure.

● Restructured IP space for the LAN SIPR network, resolving conflicts across 36 Class C networks and preventing further issues experienced by previous rotations. Implemented null routing and working closely with the NOSC to verify ownership of the networks.

● Provided touch maintenance for various organizations, including DISA, 26 NOS, and 83 NWS, Maintaining equipment such as Infoblox and Active Directory Exchange running over ESXI, as well as connecting VMWare suites to L3 core switches and Nexus 5ks. You have also delivered on-call support for critical equipment outages.

● Resolved forty-five technical work orders for thirteen General Officers, successfully restoring theater oversight for 1,800 theater headquarters personnel.

● Experience working with optical fiber, including running fiber across multiple bases, using both single-mode (SM) and multi-mode (MM) fiber, and working with a variety of connector types such as SC, LC, ST, and MTRJ. Troubleshooting optical fiber paths using Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR) and Visual Fault Locators (VFLs). In addition, using a fusion splicer to rejoin severed fiber.

• Effectively sustained cyber operations supporting Operation OCTAVE QUARTZ, establishing and securing a $2.4 million coalition network critical to data delivery and information exchange between sixteen mission partners across the African theater Area of Responsibility.
• Designed and constructed a two-story building with over 650 square feet of floor space to protect and maintain server equipment. Expertise in facilities planning and construction, as well as understanding of the importance of protecting critical equipment from environmental factors and physical damage. Provides a secure and climate-controlled environment for your server equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Configured and maintained a morale network for military members to access and enjoy their favorite shows and movies. Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for military personnel.
