● Deployment of Solarwinds, including collaborating with CCIEs to create auto-polling, policy sets, and meeting DISA STIGs.

● Created OSPF network with stub areas over a DMVPN phase 3 topology for SIPRnet. This involved installing 4 KG-175X TACLANES and 2 ASR 1001Xs. Helped ensure a secure and reliable network for transmitting classified information.

● Provisioned over 80 Cisco 3850 switches, including implementing DHCP scopes. Experience configuring and installing Cisco 9500s, 9400s, and 9300s, Helped ensure the smooth operation and reliability of network infrastructure.

● Restructured IP space for the LAN SIPR network, resolving conflicts across 36 Class C networks and preventing further issues experienced by previous rotations. Implemented null routing and working closely with the NOSC to verify ownership of the networks.

● Provided touch maintenance for various organizations, including DISA, 26 NOS, and 83 NWS, Maintaining equipment such as Infoblox and Active Directory Exchange running over ESXI, as well as connecting VMWare suites to L3 core switches and Nexus 5ks. You have also delivered on-call support for critical equipment outages.

● Resolved forty-five technical work orders for thirteen General Officers, successfully restoring theater oversight for 1,800 theater headquarters personnel.

● Experience working with optical fiber, including running fiber across multiple bases, using both single-mode (SM) and multi-mode (MM) fiber, and working with a variety of connector types such as SC, LC, ST, and MTRJ. Troubleshooting optical fiber paths using Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR) and Visual Fault Locators (VFLs). In addition, using a fusion splicer to rejoin severed fiber.
