Summary

I checked the job posting while thinking about where I could work more closely with consumers. I have a lot of experiences in menu and product development, I was confident that my experience in various fields (menu, product development) could be greatly utilized in developing more innovative and popular products in any field. The strength is that I can collect and analyze various information to grasp the situation and trends at the time and apply it to my work to develop trendy and easy products to appeal to consumers. As I analyze the collected information, I tend to analyze it too meticulously to increase the accuracy, so there is a disadvantage that it can take time. However, these parts were very helpful in product development and development, and I experienced them as one of the processes necessary for large-scale product development, and I still apply them to my work.

While working as a menu developer at Ashley, a buffet brand, he has a background in developing products for a variety of items (grill, hot, cold, and dessert) and has a variety of menu pools through a quarterly season reorganization. At each reorganization, a consumer survey was also conducted to accommodate various on-site feedback and to improve the complementation and completion of the menu, and most of the products I developed also resulted in high satisfaction from many consumers. Among them, pizza products with cheesecake toppings drew a higher score of consumer response than products that use meat, which generally elicit good consumer response during consumer surveys.
Pulmuone, who worked as a researcher, joined the company as a menu developer, but in recognition of his ability to commercialize various ideas, he was able to change his position to a researcher who developed general products and developed various products.
As a B2B product, we developed kimchi stew and buta-dong using the sous vide method, distributed them as B2B food materials, and also released various frozen bakery products.
Among them, frozen pizza (No Edge, Chicago, Cro edge) was released to lead the domestic frozen pizza market alongside Ottogi and CJ, and it also achieved more than 30 billion won in annual sales and MS 2nd place with a single product.
We developed and distributed various products (hotteok, bungeoppang) distributed not only in the domestic market but also in the overseas market.
Among them, frozen hotteok not only served as an opportunity to promote domestic frozen snacks by entering Trader Joe's, which mainly deals with organic products in the United States, but also recorded high sales among single frozen snacks.
I am confident that these various experiences will lead to positive consumer reactions and help develop and develop products with high success rates.
In addition, it is believed that the global perspective, mind, and conversation skills acquired through studies and work abroad will be of great help in developing Korean food that is spreading around the world globally.
When I worked abroad, I worked on menu development at the head cafeteria, which oversees the entire cafeteria in Microsoft headquarters, and I also opened the Korean food part that didn't exist before and transplanted the menu. At this time, I had the opportunity to localize various menus, and through this, I also have the know-how to develop menus more easily to appeal to locals.
