Jongin Lim

Previously, I worked for Samsun Elevator, a Korean company within the same industry as ORBITZ ELEVATORS, where I learned extensively about escalator and elevator manufacturing and operations. While working at Samjung, I found installing and repairing elevator equipment to be very rewarding, and decided to further pursue a career in this field..

My motivation for specifically applying to ORBITZ ELEVATORS’s New Zealand branch stems from a strong desire to work abroad in an English-speaking country from an early age. I became comfortable in living abroad by studying English to the point of building a working fluency and traveling by myself for extended periods of time to countries such as many country.The New Zealand branch greatly intrigued me not only for ORBITZ ELEVATORS’s expertise in elevator development and manufacturing, but also for the opportunity to learn and practice said expertise while immersing myself in a rich and diverse culture.

I believe my years of experience working specifically in the service industry in Korea would greatly aid in troubleshooting problems and resolving inconsistencies in a team-based setting.I was the captain of the soccer team for four years, so I think I have excellent leadership skills.

I am also confident that my extensive experience in various part-time jobs and volunteer work would allow me to seamlessly adapt and perform at an exemplary level at ORBITZ ELEVATORS.
