Summary

1. Background: Transforming Curiosity into a Connector for Technology and Business I grew up driven by curiosity, unafraid of change and exploring new fields. In university, I majored in G2 Big Data Management, developing an analytical perspective to read patterns beyond mere phenomena. I systematically mastered market research, data visualization, and statistical analysis skills, establishing a foundation for effective business decision-making. In particular, through an overseas sales internship and various international project activities, I gained direct experience in negotiating with foreign buyers and managing international market affairs, experiencing diverse cultures and business practices firsthand. I learned to quickly adapt to unfamiliar global environments with an open mind, which significantly deepened my practical understanding of the global business landscape. A decisive turning point in my growth was my participation in technical exhibitions and industrial expos. I witnessed how advanced technologies, such as AR/VR devices, autonomous driving test systems—Haehong’s core areas, were being applied in real industrial settings, which greatly inspired me. This experience clarified my career direction: to serve as 'the bridge connecting technological innovation and customer value realization' at a technology-focused company.

2. Personality and Motto: Persistent Drive and Customer-Centric Solutions The core of my personality lies in a tenacious drive toward goal achievement and a customer-centric mindset. I focus on continuous growth and accomplishment rather than short-term success. When faced with unexpected difficulties or rejection, I analyze the causes from multiple angles and seek new approaches, refusing to give up. My life motto is: "The customer's success is my success." I find the greatest job satisfaction in solving customers' technical problems or business inconveniences together and finding the optimal solution. Especially when selling the advanced technology solutions that Haehong handles, I prioritize listening to 'the ultimate goal the customer aims to achieve through this technology' beyond merely explaining specifications, and crafting practical proposals tailored to that goal. Furthermore, I make continuous learning a part of my daily life to keep pace with rapid technological changes. I consistently engage in on-site experience, conferences, and case studies to understand the latest trends in core fields like AR/VR, autonomous driving, and 5G, striving to maintain 'field-ready expertise.'

3. Experience: From Data-Driven Marketing Execution to Global Negotiation I have developed technical sales and business development capabilities by leveraging my analytical competence acquired through my major and practical work experience.
