I believe that my sales method is not only to sell equipment, but also to keep in touch with customers and respond immediately if there are any problems or necessary materials in using the equipment. For example, if you are contacted late in the day, I will respond to customers inquiry immediately. As a result, I've formed a lot of bonds with my customers, and the customers who have purchased equipment from me to other companies or contact me again when customers move on to another company.
In this way, also my sales method is based on the customer's words with the mindset of "Don’t miss the forest for the trees"
