Led new product and project initiatives, including eSIM, NFC transportation cards, mobile devices, and IoT products.

• eSIM: Conducted global research and engaged with providers from Europe, the U.S., Israel, and local MNOs. Selected T Company in Israel as the primary partner, finalized technical specifications, calculated costs, and conducted test operations. Successfully launched the product, procuring 20,000 eSIMs annually for sales through the company’s website and app. Introduced a French provider as a competitive backup option and sourced products from local MNOs/MVNOs for price-sensitive markets.
• Mobile Devices: Participated in OEM projects to source and test devices from South Korean manufacturers based on internal needs.
• IoT Products: Evaluated and introduced new products like security cameras, IPCs, and smart home services, including participating in IP camera OEM projects.
• Systems and Process Design: Reviewed and implemented SaaS and systems for eSIMs, devices, and IoT products. Designed initial workflows, created manuals, and conducted test operations before full-scale implementation.
• Development Project Management: Consolidated internal development requirements for new products and services, coordinating with internal teams and external partners for development.

• Joined the company as a member of the Procurement Management Department.
• Managing procurement and contracts from a South Korean-based MNO (Mobile Network Operator).
• Managing SaaS solutions for cloud devices and servers, addressing frequent communication issues and vendor-related incidents, which led to the establishment of a dedicated Quality Management department.

Quality Management

• Handled incident and issue responses within the company. Reviewed and improved business processes to prevent recurrence.
• Primarily utilized SaaS to monitor service quality for up to 150,000 users during peak periods, proposing operational and procurement strategies from the perspective of customer satisfaction.
• Conducted root cause analysis and ensured alternative communication channels during individual communication failures or mass incidents.
• For incidents caused by external factors or trading partners, I proposed countermeasures to prevent recurrence, including changes to procurement communication lines, and made recommendations internally.
