Key Responsibilities:
- Data Verification: Reviewed and validated data collected by data gatherers to ensure compliance with established collection rules and accuracy.
- SQL-based Troubleshooting: Utilized SQL to verify the existence of data in the database when data discrepancies occurred on the UI. Identified and confirmed whether the issue was related to the UI or the database.
- Collaborating with Backend Team: When data inconsistencies were confirmed in the UI, communicated with the Backend Developers to report the issues and work towards a resolution.
- Monitoring Data Collection: Regularly tracked data collection statistics and ensured that the data collectors met the minimum collection requirements. Provided warnings and guidance when necessary.
- Payroll Calculation: Conducted monthly reviews of data collection performance and calculated the corresponding salary for data collectors based on their monthly output.
