Digital Transformation Projects

• Introduce comprehensive enterprise ERP and Groupware (Finance and Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Payroll), change systems and processes, and educate related stakeholders.
• Build and develop applicant tracking and employee management systems combining various SaaS systems, and educate HR departments and management to use systems.
• Automate aggregating key performance indicators related to finance and HR (fundamental management index) and create dashboard to make it available to stakeholders and management level.

Corporate Finance & Planning

• Lead corporate forecast process, and develop company’s and each division’s income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast.
• Monitor corporate and each division’s profitability and evaluate actual performance compared with forecast. Use monitoring results to establish corporate strategy.
• Work directly with CEO, CFO, and management committee. Support quarterly strategy meetings.

Clients Consulting Projects

• Provide clients with management consulting about how to make financial statements more sustainable and what kinds of investments (assets) should be made.
• Provide tax consulting on how to optimize tax deduction
• Provide digital transformation projects on changing CRM and HR systems.

Human Resource Planning & Development

• Establish yearly HR compensation plan considering corporate and division’s performance and each employee's performance.
• Introduce various policies ‘Talent Development Fund’, and ‘Return Offer’ to support people to growth.
• Support CHRO and Human Resource Committee which is monthly held for recruiting, developing human resources, evaluating performance, and compensation.

People and Culture Programs

• Launch various people and culture programs: Quarterly and yearly company meetings, Book and Essay Club for all employees, Employees’ culture committee, etc

• Revitalize sharehouse community through active activities among residents
• Addressed and resolved tenant complaints and inquiries, maintaining high satisfaction.
• Worked with maintenance staff to complete timely repairs and enhancements.

• Treasury: Write Daily Collection Reports that show cash flow of asset-backed securities. Prepare bank account reconciliation table for funds received and withdrawn in accordance with other deposit balances
• Accounting: Monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual accounting closures (Tangible, Intangible Assets, Accounts receivables, and payables) and audit support for accounting firms

• Manage research project on how to increase bank’s pension sales.
• Organize numerous meetings with senior managers with private asset management companies.
