• Designed and implemented a "job and performance-based Global HR system" (Job Structure - Grade - Evaluation - Promotion - Compensation) and applied it to overseas subsidiaries.

• Established and managed expatriation policies for dispatching headquarters employees abroad.

• Development and implementation of Global Standard HR Policies (GSHRP: Global Standard HR policy) targeting overseas subsidiaries and project sites.
• Proficient in establishing and operating the entire HR system, from standard job structures, job evaluations, job-grade designs, performance evaluation designs, to compensation strategies and systems.
