Self Introduction

I've been trying various things since I was young. I went to United States alone when I was 17 to be musical director . It was very hard period, however, I learned how to connect with people through communication and solve problems independently. After I graduated highschol, I faced difficulties in not being able to go further due to the limitations of my capabilities and financial reasons. However, I did not get frustrated with this and took advantage of my ability to speak English and went to the hotel management department as a language specialist. Before I graduate, I got chance to work at the Four Seasons Hotel, Charles H. At that time, I worked interested in collaborating with my team members to provide more optimized services to my customers, but by chance, I had the opportunity to learn video editing that I wanted to do when I was young, so I stopped working at the hotel for a while and learned video editing. I was able to develop my office work skills in addition to the various customer experiences I had accumulated at the hotel for about a year. While managing customers and editing videos at my previous job, I realized again that what I want to do is to identify needs through communication with customers and flexibly solve them. Also, I had rack of sense of belonging and motivation to work while I work there. When I looked back on my career after recognizing this realization, I found that the Four Seasons Hotel was the place that gave me the most motivation to work and a sense of belonging. I think the pride of working in the best hotel in Korea was a strong driving force that made me want to continue working, so I thought I wanted to start my career at the Four Seasons Hotel once again. Rather than staying in the present to accept various tasks more flexibly than before, it was a process that allowed me to continue exploring, trying to learn new things, and constantly challenging myself. I will actively utilize based on what I have learned from my customer experience and office work to provide optimal service to customers. I will actively cooperate with seniors and team members and become talented person who can be good from the basics while working.
