  • Scientific Leadership : I took on a versatile role in leading a cross-functional team and actively reaching out to key decision makers to gather and deliver critical data and insights. Through building strong relationships and shifting stance of these key individuals, we secured medical unmet needs
  • Improve Patient Access : I participated in negotiations with National Health Insurance Service. I have been actively engaged in building a budget impact analysis model with market access team
  • New Product Launch : As the Medical lead for the launch of New pipeline, I brought a valuable perspective to the team as a pediatrician and acute care expert. My responsibilities also include conducting strategic planning for the product launch and generating local epidemiologic data.
  • Digital Innovation : I'm a member of the korea digital committee that pursues digital innovation and work process simplification of whole department. In this committee, I took on a leadership role in the AI tribe and served as a pre-tester for the HQ based Large Language Model project.

  • Life Saver in Rural Area : This place is 'medically vulnerable' area, especially for children, without any pediatrician for so many years. I've been pediatric and emergency cornerstone of this rural area.
  • Local leader during a Pandemic : I am proud to have been there, helping and saving people's lives in emergency department during era of COVID-19 pandemic. And I assisted local government as a COVID-19 advisory.

  • Develop Pediatric Resuscitation Training Program : When I was a chief resident of department, I set up a regular training program for pediatric resuscitation among interns, residents, and nurses. I wrote a scenario and let trainee to handle emergency under the video recording. This system won a prize in quality improvement contest in hospital
  • Hospital Representative & Leadership Roles : As a representative of training doctors, I was a member of Qualified Presumption of Safety Team, Medical Record management Team etc. Moreover, I'd done labor-management negotiations between whole department of residents and hospital chair.
  • National Future Medical Scientist Program : I was nominated to be an attendee of "National future medical scientist training program", held by Ministry of Science and Technology of Korea. Twenty young physicians were chosen to go to experience MIT, Mass General Hospital and especially 'Lab Central' in Boston.
