Job Responsibilities:

• PR and Internal Communication Tasks:Support four PR managers within the team by conducting internal and external PR activities and managing communication through corporate internal channels.
  Participate in media briefings, social media promotions, internal corporate events, and promotional activities for semaglutide to enhance the company's image.
  
• Contract Management and PO Process Execution:Responsible for daily contract management and monitoring the progress of the PO process for the corporate PR manager, ensuring smooth execution of departmental projects.
  Improve work efficiency and create a smooth collaboration environment through contract execution and process monitoring.
  
• Collaboration with External Vendors and Communication Project Support:Collaborate with external vendors to plan and execute communication projects, contributing to the achievement of project objectives.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Data Collection and Analysis Tasks:Collect, organize, analyze, and report sales data for each product in the North China region within a specified timeframe, providing insights necessary for sales strategy development.
  Support effective sales decision-making through data-driven market trend analysis.
  
• Sales and Marketing Support Tasks:Assist the sales and marketing departments in organizing and conducting academic conferences, contributing to smooth event operations.
  

• Established and maintained connections with other international studies schools in Seoul, promoting collaboration and exchange between institutions.
• Regularly planned and organized various student exchange activities, such as language exchange meetings, SKY picnics, and graduation parties, aimed at fostering cultural and linguistic exchange and integration.
